cute clothes that aren't too expensive?? (United States)

I really need to buy Drew some summer clothes but I can't afford to go to the Children's Place or Gymboree and spend $25 or more for 1 outfit. Does anyone know any store where I can get cute clothes that won't break the bank? I have gone to the Carters Store and Old Navy but now I need some more suggestions.

Do you have a TJMaxx near you? Sometimes you can find some great deals there, if you look around hard enough. Also Khols is always having sales so you can save a lot of money by shopping there. Good luck.
