Long story short:

 went and talked to an endocrinologist on Tuesday who told me that it's really important I get my overactive thyroid under control before I try to get PG. My options for getting it under control are to have surgery and remove my thyroid or to take a pill that will kill off my thyroid. I think I'm going to choose the pill option because I don't want to risk anything happening to my vocal cords. If I take the pill though I'm not allowed to get PG for 1 year since the pill is radioactive iodine and there is a high risk of miscarriage if you get PG before  a year has passed. So looks like I have at least 1 year before I can start trying for baby #2. I'm disappointed but I guess I should make sure I'm in super great health before I put my body through another pregnacy and C-Section.
